SA - Luminance, Contrast and Character Size Requirements for Naval Combat System Displays
Results will be presented from a series of studies that aimed to identify the required luminance, contrast and size of white and coloured characters to optimised speed and accuracy of identification when displayed on a high-resolution LCD under both low and high ambient lighting conditions.
